1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal hygiene items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order details along with images of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
  • If the desired product is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing them.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
