1. Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal hygiene items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order details along with images of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.
- If the desired product is not available, a refund or store credit will be provided.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing them.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
